What’s the Deal?

Paleo(ish) Diet

I didn’t choose Paleo because I think we should be more like cave people… I have tried eating all natural foods, whole grains, organic and all that jazz and not had a ton of success. I might believe at my core that just eating fruits, vegis, nuts and seeds would be the healthiest, but adding meat makes this diet family friendly for me. There is no way I could ever convince my husband to go without meat 🙂


Things I can eat:

Vegitables

Fruit

Meat

Nuts & Seeds


Things I will eat in moderation:

Honey

Pure Maple Syrup

Things I will eat vary rarely:

Beans

Corn Tortillas

Butter

Cheese

 

Regular Exercise

3 days a week at Curves

Walk/Jog whenever I can
